About the event
Join Winter Strong, Traditional Indigenous Herbalist for a forest herbal plant walk. Learn about Pacific Northwest medicinal, native, edible plants and trees, their healing properties, ethical foraging practices, and wildcrafting techniques.
This guided herb walk takes place in a 1000 acres wooded land, public trail, near Evergreen State College. It is a mostly flat walk with a few small hills and one steeper hill. The pace of the walk is slower than a hike with lots of time for observation and connection with the plants. If you have questions about the trail or the walk feel free to reach out via email.
