Connect with the Elements 2025- Info Session

Join Karin for a free informational session about Connecting with the Elements.We will discuss the theme of this workshop, dates and other general information! While this workshop is on zoom all of the four elements classes are held in-person in Shelton, Washington in a outdoor environment.

In this workshop Karin will help you examine how your connection with these four primary elements informs your understanding of yourself and expand your self-awareness by learning to build a relationship with each element, over a four month period. Connect with like-minded souls who seek to understand themselves and their relationship to these foundational elements.

These classes will be located outside, with plenty of time for hands-on experiences. Through connecting with nature via meditation and observation we will quiet the busy mind and open our connection to a deeper relationship with the focused element.
